Congo Square Theatre Company...Following the Sunday matinee performance, Congo Square Theatre Company's artistic Director Derrick Sanders moderated a panel with the show director Aaron Todd Douglas, author Carlyle Brown, and director Marion McClinton on what made The African Company Presents Richard III August Wilson's favorite play. A play that August championed at Congo Square and a subject that he named his black theater initiative the African Grove Institute. A play, according to his long time collaborator Marion McClinton, in which August saw his role as an African-American theatre artist.Chicago Sun-Times PreviewChicago Sun-Times ReviewChicago Tribune Review
